Club Facilites

Notice:

WCR Range is a Members Only Range.

Access to and use of Club Facilities is availible only to Members of the West Coast Rangers or Supervised Guests of Members.

Main Range

Our Primary Range has targets out to a distance of 265 meters with the firing line under cover, complete with 12 shooting benches and a wood stove heated shelter to warm up on those chilly west coast days. The club also has an array of manual and automatic clay throwers availible for rent and use on the range by members.

Trail-Walks

Unique to the West Coast Rangers Site are our 5 seperate trail woodswalks for all aspects of black powder.

Rifle/Cartridge Trail

A 20 Shot + Tiebreaker Trail Woodswalk for Muzzleloading and Cartridge Blackpowder Rifles

Smoothbore/Tradegun Trail

A 20 Shot + Tiebreaker trail walk with slightly harder targets than the Rifle Trail but at closer ranges for Smoothbore/Trade Guns

Hawk + Knife Trail

Trade in your smokepoles and start throwing your Hawk+ Knife on our unique trail walk ending with a spear throw!

Non-Shooting Facilites/Utilites

The Club does not have potable water or grid-supplied electricity on site for members/guests to use. However, we do have maintained outhouses for when the call of the wild needs to be answered, a communial gathering area where stoires and good food can be swapped as well as community firewood sheds to keep fires and banter going long into the night.
